Shipping 

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECTED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Turnaround time is 2-6 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. 

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Please make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. T & A Designs LLC is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. 

Return & Exchange Policy

No exchanges or returns are accepted on hats, leather patches, cup wraps, etc. from T & A Designs. If shop owner agrees to return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s) and is subjected to a 35% restocking fee. Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at tandadesignsllc@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.

If your purchase arrives damaged or has inaccurate items, please send us an email to tandadesignsllc@gmail.com within 3 days.

 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS/UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS/UPS.
